Operations Manager
Kia Ora, I am excited to be taking up the role as the Operations Manager for Little Buddies.
I have loved working in and making contributions and connections in the Early Childhood Sector over the last 20+ years in a variety of roles. I am the proud mother of two primary school-aged children, and it has been a wonderfully rewarding experience to have them alongside me, teaching me so much about childhood and motherhood.

Kem Cho, Sugam Anoo and Kia Ora, my name is Arpita Unni I am the Office Manager. I have been working in ECE sector from last 5 years, I am Gujarati and South Indian, I got married to South Indian, so I know Malayalam, English, Guajarati and Hindi. I have studied in both UK and New Zealand. I have two children they are my best friend. I am not sure what I did to deserve them in my life but thank god every day for them. I feel so proud to have them in my life. “person’s most useful assets are not a head full of knowledge but a heart full of love, and ear ready to listen and a hand willing to help” Guesses who’s that? Of course, it’s my husband who has never ending love for me.
